Jewish Orthodox Women's Medical Association (JOWMA)

The Jewish Orthodox Women’s Medical Association (JOWMA)is a 501c3 non-profit founded in 2019 to support a network of Jewish women physicians and to provide health education, outreach, and advocacy on behalf of the Orthodox Jewish community. Since October 7th, JOWMA's Medical Mission to Israel has brought top specialist physicians in the U.S. to fill the gaps in routine and critical medical care as a result of the war, and continues to facilitate ongoing academic collaboration between Israeli and U.S. physicians.
