Dr. Amichai Fluhr is a specialist in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry. He serves as a consultant and clinician for NATAL- the Israeli Trauma and Resiliency Center. He treats numerous patients that suffer from trauma after the events of October 7; Nova survivors, combat soldiers and civilians.

His research interests lie in the field of the therapeutic benefits of psychedelic substances. He is the medical director and a therapist of ongoing research on MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for combat-associated PTSD that is being carried out at ‘METIV’-the Israeli Psychotrauma Center in Jerusalem. Dr. Fluhr heads the Rehovot Mental Health Clinic of the Maccabi Healthcare Services.
