LTC Dr. Gelber is the Head of the Commanders and Officers Branch at the IDF Military Medical Academy. Dr. Gelber earned his medical degree from Ben-Gurion University School of Medicine, and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Beilinson Medical Center. Among his military positions Dr. Gelber was the commander of the medical fficer training course and head of the Trauma Training Section of the IDF Military Medical Academy.
