Nadav Douani is dedicated to bringing Israel's brightest minds back home, leveraging his extensive experience in government, managerial expertise, and strong relationships cultivated over the years in the public and private sectors. For Nadav, ensuring Israeli scientists find employment opportunities within Israel is a paramount Zionist mission. As CEO of ScienceAbroad, Nadav leads collaborative efforts with partners in government, industry, academia, and philanthropic organizations both in Israel and internationally. He holds a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy and an MBA focusing on Government and Marketing, both from Raichman University. He also holds a director certification from Tel Aviv University and has completed training in financial report analysis from Reichman University. Nadav has served as an elected member of the Hod Hasharon City Council for the past 16 years, showcasing his leadership capabilities. He has chaired the board of 'May - the water and sewage local company,' overseeing significant projects worth hundreds of millions of NIS and vastly improving customer service. Additionally, he has led international, sports, and culture committees. His seven-year tenure with the Israeli government includes roles as a senior adviser at the prime minister’s office, as senior advisor to the minister of education, and as senior advisor to the minister of science, technology, and innovation. Douani is a former combat soldier, married, and a proud father of three girls.
