Shirley is a pediatrician and former TV producer, committed to advancing child and adolescent healthcare in Israel and globally. She currently serves as the Head of Innovation at Schneider Children’s Medical Center, where she leads the "PedTech Playground": a sandbox for startups and a platform for entrepreneurs in pediatric innovation. Additionally, she oversees the Allied Health Professions sector and maintains a pediatric clinic at Clalit Health Services. Shirley is also a proud member of women in medicine networks (Womed, WE@HealthTech) and spearheads projects aimed at enhancing medical care for teenage girls and LGBTQ kids, with partners from Briah Foundation, Dorot Fund and EndoIsrael. She completed her medical studies at Tel Aviv University and her pediatric residency at Schneider Children’s Medical Center, where she is now a Medical Administration Fellow.
