Tani Kramer, born in NY and raised in Sacramento, pushed his family to make Aliyah shortly after turning 13, and has since been an avid advocate for Aliyah. He has a passion for emergency medicine and served as a combat medic in an elite intelligence unit. He continues to serve as a medic as a reservist in Israel’s National Search and Rescue Unit as well as volunteering as a first responder and an ambulance driver in Israel.

For the past 16 years, he has held various positions at Nefesh B’Nefesh, with his most recent enabling him to combine his two passions: medicine and Aliyah. As Director of Israel Strategic Planning at Nefesh B’Nefesh, Tani has played a pivotal role in forging the International Physicians Aliyah Program, a joint partnership between Israel’s Ministry of Health, Ministry of Aliyah and Integration and Nefesh B’Nefesh, as well as formalizing the role of Physician Associates in Israel.
